The beach access snorkeling tour will spend 45 minutes at each snorkeling spot. There will be a professional snorkeling guide who will accompany you during snorkeling. The combination tour continues to visit one of the best photo spots, which is popularly known as the Gate of Heaven Bali at Lempuyang Temple. Then the trip will continue to visit Tirta Gangga Water Palace.

Things You Need to Know Before You Make a Reservation:

Our tour requires a minimum of 2 participants to book.
Your exact pick-up time will be confirmed in your e-voucher
Free hotel return transfers in the covered areas: Kerobokan, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Keramas, Central Ubud, Candi Dasa, and Padang Bai area.
Pick-up and drop-off in remote areas, such as Uluwatu, Pecatu, Canggu, and north Ubud, are subject to an additional charge of IDR 150,000 per group (up to 6 pax)
Should you bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, sandals, towels, and a change of clothes

For our private hotel transfer service, you and your companion will be the only passengers in our vehicle.

Note at Lempuyang Temple:
1. There are 7 temples inside the Lempuyang Temple compound. You will need around 4 hours to visit all 7 temples. However, we will only take you to the famous photo spot, which is located at the first temple, around a 5-minute walk. So you won’t have to walk far before you get your cameras out.
2. You must cover your shoulders. Please wear a T-shirt with sleeves or use a scarf to cover your shoulders before entering the Lempuyang Temple compound.
3. Please note to hold firm to the social etiquette. No kissing and no hugging in the compound of Lempuyang Temple, Bali.
4. You can’t use a drone in the Lempuyang Temple compound.
5. You will see Mt. Agung via the Gateway to Heaven. The photo spot is if the sky is clear and the weather is good.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Our payment methods are designed to be flexible and convenient. Guests may choose to pay in advance or on the day of the trip. We accept several payment methods:

Advance Payment (Recommended):

Online Payment: We provide secure online payment through DOKU Payment Gateway, which supports Visa, MasterCard, and JCB. All online transactions are encrypted and processed securely by DOKU to ensure the safety of your payment details. Please note that an additional bank fee of 3% applies to credit card transactions.
Bank Transfer: All payments must be made via bank transfer in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The transferred amount must exactly match the total stated in the invoice. Any discrepancies may result in delays or unsuccessful booking confirmation. Our official bank account details will be provided on the invoice issued after booking confirmation.

On the Day of the Trip:

For guests who prefer to settle the payment on the day of the activity, we also accept cash payment in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) at the beginning of the trip.

Note: For group bookings of more than 7 participants or for special arrangements, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. For further assistance with group or customized bookings, please contact our reservation team.

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to remain flexible in accommodating your needs. However, please take note of our cancellation terms:

Cancellations made 3 days or more before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full reservation amount.
For group bookings of more than 7 participants, the cancellation policy is stated on the e-voucher confirmation.

Please notify us of any changes or cancellations at the earliest opportunity to avoid unnecessary charges. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed promptly in accordance with our refund policy.

We reserve the right to modify or reschedule tours due to weather conditions, operational requirements, safety considerations, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation. The final amount may be subject to currency conversion and transaction charges and will be issued net of payment processing fees. Please be aware that actual refund timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.

Gratuities (tips) are not included in the tour price and are never mandatory. However, if you are happy with the service provided, a small gratuity to your driver or guide is always appreciated as a gesture of thanks.
While tipping is entirely optional and at your discretion, many guests choose to give around $5-10 per guest as a token of appreciation for excellent service.

We had an amazing day with Bali Snorkeling! Our tour included a private car to visit the three iconic west Nusa Penida attractions, followed by lunch and snorkeling at three different spots. Unfortunately we didn’t get to see manta this time, but we still saw plenty of beautiful fish and coral. The itinerary was very well organized. After lunch, we had enough time to rest and get ready before heading out for snorkeling. We also felt very safe during the snorkeling trip. The guide was friendly and professional. Water was offered on the boat, which we really appreciated. Our driver was also excellent. He was friendly and drove very safely. From hotel pick-up to drop-off, our experience with Bali Snorkeling was great. The transfer drivers were friendly and ensured that you linked up to where you needed to go. The snorkelling boat was not crowded and the guide was friendly and made sure we got to se the best of the three spots we went to. We were lucky to see multiple turtles and Manta rays. Lunch at the resort was very good, and was even better with the pool and showers to finish off.

We had a fantastic day trip out to Nusa Penida with Bali snorkelling. From the moment the driver picked us up from our hotel, arranged the fast boat tickets for us without us having to queue up and took us to the boat. Then the guys from Bali snorkelling met us as we arrived on the island and took us to their boat for the most amazing snorkelling trip. They were very attentive whilst in the water ensuring that we stayed close to them and were safe at all times. At one of the stops they determined that the currents were too strong and after checking with us that we were happy, moved onto a different area. This was one of the reasons that we chose this company because we had read that they put safety above all else and this was really reassuring to see As we are not experienced snook Ellis. After the snorkelling trip we spent an hour or so at a lovely beach club where lunch was included and then back on the fast boat home. Whilst not guaranteed, we were really lucky to have an encounter with a Manta Ray at Manta Bay Which was the most incredible experience And they also captured some great underwater video footage for us which was shared after the trip and something we could never have done ourselves.
