The Nusa Penida Snorkeling Tour will begin with a 6:00 a.m. pickup from your accommodation (it is based on your hotel location). Our friendly English-speaking driver will then take you to Sanur Harbour, where you will board a fast boat to Nusa Penida Island. He will also help you acquire your boarding ticket.
After a 45-minute sailing across the sea, you will be greeted by our friendly guide at the harbor. They will assist you with your snorkeling needs while on the island. You’ll enjoy a 2-hour snorkeling experience, exploring three of the best snorkeling spots in Nusa Penida, including Manta Bay, Toyapakeh Wall Point, and Gamat Bay.
You’ll enjoy a delicious lunch at a popular beach club. You can access the swimming pool while waiting for your departure from Penida. Once back at Sanur Harbor, our driver will be ready to escort you back to your hotel, ensuring a seamless end to your unforgettable one-day snorkeling trip.

- Transportation: Free hotel return transfers in the covered areas: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Kerobokan, Nusa Dua, and Sanur (Pick-up and drop-off in remote areas, such as Uluwatu, Pecatu, Ungasan, Canggu, and Ubud areas, are subject to an additional charge of IDR 150,000 per group up to 6 pax)
- You need to bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, sandals, towels, a change of clothes, swimwear, cash, and an underwater camera.

- Please note that the itinerary for snorkeling Nusa Penida may be changed at the last minute to keep you safe from the big swells of the Indian Ocean. If this happens at Manta Bay (usually), and for safety reasons, the snorkeling spot will be swapped to Mangrove Point, SD Point, and Wall Point.

- Advance Payment (Recommended):
- Online Payment: We provide secure online payment through DOKU Payment Gateway, which supports Visa, MasterCard, and JCB. All online transactions are encrypted and processed securely by DOKU to ensure the safety of your payment details. Please note that an additional bank fee of 3% applies for credit card transactions.
- Bank Transfer: All payments must be made via bank transfer in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The transferred amount must exactly match the total stated in the invoice. Any discrepancies may result in delays or unsuccessful booking confirmation. Our official bank account details will be provided on the invoice issued after booking confirmation.
- On The Day Of Trip:
- For guests who prefer to settle the payment on the day of the activity, we also accept cash payment in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) at the beginning of the trip.
Note: For group bookings of more than 7 participants or for special arrangements, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. For further assistance with group or customized bookings, please contact our reservation team.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans may change, and we strive to remain flexible in accommodating your needs. However, please take note of our cancellation terms:
- Cancellations made 3 days or more before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full reservation amount.
- For group bookings of more than 7 participants, the cancellation policy is stated on the e-Voucher confirmation.
Please notify us of any changes or cancellations at the earliest opportunity to avoid unnecessary charges. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed promptly in accordance with our refund policy.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation. The final amount may be subject to currency conversion and transaction charges, and will be issued net of payment processing fees. Please be aware that actual refund timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.
Changes & Amendments:
We reserve the right to modify or reschedule tours due to weather conditions, operational requirements, safety considerations, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements.
Tipping Policy:
- Gratuities (tips) are not included in the tour price and are never mandatory. However, if you are happy with the service provided, a small gratuity to your driver or guide is always appreciated as a gesture of thanks.
- While tipping is entirely optional and at your discretion, many guests choose to give around $5 -10 per guest as a token of appreciation for excellent service.
