Your exact pick-up time will be confirmed in your e-voucher
Age restrictions start from 6 years old (requiring that children be accompanied by an adult during the tour)
Hotel return transfers (covered: Sanur, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Kerobokan, and Nusa Dua areas) and Pick-up and drop-off in remote areas, such as Uluwatu, Pecatu, Jimbaran Hill, Canggu, and Ubud, are subject to an additional charge of IDR 450,000 per group up to 6 people
You need to bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, sandals, towels, a change of clothes, and an underwater camera.

Bank Transfer: All payments must be made via bank transfer in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The transferred amount must exactly match the total stated in the invoice. On the Day of the Trip:

Cancellations made 3 days or more before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full reservation amount.
For group bookings of more than 7 participants, the cancellation policy is stated on the e-voucher confirmation.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation. The final amount may be subject to currency conversion and transaction charges and will be issued net of payment processing fees.
