Lovina Beach is officially located in the Kalibukbuk area and covers some countryside like Pemaron, Tukad Mungga, Anturan, and Kalibukbuk countryside. Kalibugbug countryside itself is located in the Buleleng sub-district, meanwhile, the Kaliasem and Temukus countryside are located in the Banjar sub-district where both of them belong to the Buleleng regency. History Of Lovina Beach

There are no clear sources or evidence that hit the name of Lovina genesis. Under the reference of the children from Anak Agung Panji Tisna, the clan of the famous Buleleng King that the name of Lovina is given to him which is located in the Kaliasem countryside, where the first time he build a bungalow as a resort. He said that the name Lovina is taken away from the name of a small hotel in India that is caffeine whereabouts he stayed and wrote the book with the title of Ni Ketut Widhi. Tourism Comes to Bali

Many dates the advent of modern tourism in Bali with the opening of the Hotel Bali Beach in 1963. Taking the lead from that “skyscraping” structure, small hotels, inns, and restaurants soon began to take root across the Island. In 1970, Bali’s new Ngurah Rai Airport began formal operations. Sensing opportunities afoot, the provincial government of Buleleng took early seminal steps to obtain its share of Bali’s tourist market.

After disappearing from popular usage for nearly a decade, the name “Lovina” to designate the sub-districts of Buleleng and Banjar came back into vogues in the 1990s. Lovina today includes the beaches at Binaria, Banyualit, Kubu Gembong, Hepi, Rukad Cebol, Temukus and Penimbangan. The simple dream of Panji Tisna in the 1950s to create an attractive international tourism beach destination in North Bali lives on today as Lovina continues to welcome thousands of visitors each year.

We had an amazing day with Bali Snorkeling! Our tour included a private car to visit the three iconic west Nusa Penida attractions, followed by lunch and snorkeling at three different spots. Unfortunately we didn’t get to see manta this time, but we still saw plenty of beautiful fish and coral. The itinerary was very well organized. After lunch, we had enough time to rest and get ready before heading out for snorkeling. We also felt very safe during the snorkeling trip. The guide was friendly and professional. Water was offered on the boat, which we really appreciated. Our driver was also excellent. He was friendly and drove very safely. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend Bali Snorkeling to anyone visiting Nusa Penida!

From hotel pick-up to drop-off, our experience with Bali Snorkeling was great. The transfer drivers were friendly and ensured that you linked up to where you needed to go. The snorkelling boat was not crowded and the guide was friendly and made sure we got to se the best of the three spots we went to. We were lucky to see multiple turtles and Manta rays. Lunch at the resort was very good, and was even better with the pool and showers to finish off.

We had a fantastic day trip out to Nusa Penida with Bali snorkelling. From the moment the driver picked us up from our hotel, arranged the fast boat tickets for us without us having to queue up and took us to the boat. Then the guys from Bali snorkelling met us as we arrived on the island and took us to their boat for the most amazing snorkelling trip. They were very attentive whilst in the water ensuring that we stayed close to them and were safe at all times. At one of the stops they determined that the currents were too strong and after checking with us that we were happy, moved onto a different area. This was one of the reasons that we chose this company because we had read that they put safety above all else and this was really reassuring to see As we are not experienced snook Ellis. After the snorkelling trip we spent an hour or so at a lovely beach club where lunch was included and then back on the fast boat home. Whilst not guaranteed, we were really lucky to have an encounter with a Manta Ray at Manta Bay Which was the most incredible experience And they also captured some great underwater video footage for us which was shared after the trip and something we could never have done ourselves.

From the start the driver was amazing and getting there it was beautiful, everyone was so friendly and accommodating, having all equipment we needed in many sizes. The guide was sweet and showed us all the best places reef wise. The reef was breathtaking and many fishes swimming right next to you. Both spots were perfect and the boat ride was amazing. Driving us back to our villa, would recommend first timers to definitely try this out it’s worth every penny and even give you lunch!
